How do I place an order?
Ordering from Linden Line Designs is easy and secure with our online shopping cart. Simply add items to your shopping cart and press the "checkout" button when you are finished. You will then be directed to the payment page. If you do not wish to place an order online, just fill out our Order Form and send via U.S. mail.
At this time we are unable to accept international orders.
Which method of payment should I use?
Preferred method of payment is through PayPal. You may pay using any major credit card and you are NOT required to have/set up a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Transactions are processed free and there is no fee to sign up. When you purchase from our online store, you are dealing directly with PayPal. We do not have access to your billing or credit card information. We do receive your shipping address from PayPal so we can send your order. PayPal was chosen to ensure absolute secure online payment. PayPal is a third party processing company, which has a good reputation and over millions of members worldwide. Your credit card information will be kept in their secure database, which protects you from online fraud. You will only be charged the amount you authorize.
Are there other methods of payment?
Money orders and bank checks are accepted only if drawn on US Banks. Please make checks or money orders payable to: Linden Line Designs. For your convenience, just print out our Order Form and send via U.S. mail. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
When will my order ship?
I am proud to say that each order is individually handmade by me (I do not outsource). Therefore, orders are generally shipped within 10-14 business days after receiving payment.
Please note: It is each person's responsibility to make sure all items in the cart are correct. If you have any questions, please contact me before you place an order.
What are the shipping/handling/processing costs?
All orders shipped via United States Postal Service.

How do you handle returns?
Items may be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY. At this time, customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving an item. Please contact me prior to returning an item.
Items not in their original condition may not be exchanged.
How do I know which size to order?
The neck measurement should fit between the two measurements listed for a size. If you need a custom length and custom width, we will be happy to accommodate your request. Please contact me with the details of your request.
Do you accept international orders?
At this time, we are no longer accepting international orders. The cost of getting the item to you is too high relative to the cost of the product itself. Thank you for your understanding.

Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of Linden Line Designs products for their individual situation. Linden Line Designs and its owner cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage that may result from the use of our products. Please use good judgment and common sense in determining appropriate use for any pet product that you purchase from any vendor. As with all pet products on the market, they should be inspected regularly.
Linden Line Designs products are not made for tie-out or home alone use. Our pet products are designed for Supervised Use only.
Please use the following recommended washing instructions:
Snoods: machine wash cold, tumble dry low, remove promptly.
Water Resistant Snoods: machine or hand wash cold water, line dry (may also tumble dry low) remove promptly. Do not bleach.
Collars, Harnesses, Leashes: Preferred method, because of hardware, hand wash in cold water, line dry. (However, for our pets' collars/harnesses I have occasionally machine washed on GENTLE CYCLE in a mesh bag and they wash up very nicely.) Optional: when dry, may also be pressed with iron.
Collars on pets that swim frequently may develop an odor. It is recommended to soak the collar for 30-60 minutes in cold water with a tablespoon of baking soda and a tablespoon of antibacterial hand soap. You may then rinse thoroughly and continue with washing instructions stated above. As with many collars, they will fray with prolonged use. Please be responsible and change your pet's collar when it shows signs of wear.
